HABILIDADES E FRAGILIDADES DO IDOSO COMO CUIDADOR NO CONTEXTO FAMILIAR E PROFISSIONAL: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA.
Devido o crescimento acentuado da população idosa no Brasil, a procura por qualificação tem aumentado no âmbito do cuidado ao idoso. Nessa conjuntura atual, e baseando-se nos estudos de Oliveira e Debert (2015) em relação a qualificação profissional com demanda de procura intensa, foi implemento no processo de educação inicial e continuada o curso de “Cuidador de idoso” no programa de extensão Centro de Promoção à saúde do Idoso, o qual atende pessoas com idade a partir de 45 anos, visando a proporção de um envelhecimento saudável, atentando-se para questões biopsicossociais que as acometem. O projeto é desenvolvido no Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Rio Grande do Norte-campus Natal-Central. Além do objetivo formativo, complementar ao saberes construídos na educação ao longo da vida, o curso também visa oportunizar um acréscimo de aprendizados conforme a exigência profissional padrão e mercadológica, através da qual os alunos passam a adquirir competências legais direcionando-se a uma aptidão profissional dentro dos moldes de formalidade. Através desse cenário, justifica-se a necessidade de identificar habilidades e fragilidades do público atendido pelo curso, futuros cuidadores de idoso, sendo eles também idosos, no contexto domiciliar. Este estudo teve abordagem qualitativa com base na prática de estágio extra curricular. O fator idade, bem como a pluralidade dos níveis de escolaridade identificados no estudo e as diversas transformações na estrutura familiar, foram desafios encontrados na formação do cuidador de idoso. Identificou-se na análise dos resultados a necessidade de mais pesquisas relacionadas a formação do cuidador e suas especificidades.

Abstract:
Because of The big growth of the elderly population in the Brazil, the seach by qualification has increased in the scope of the caregivers the elderly. In this current situation and based in the studies of Oliveira and Debert (2015) in regarding a big demand by professional qualification, it was create in the inicial education process and continue the course of “Elderly caregiver” in the extension program centre of promotion the elderly health, this program it caregiver of the elderly from 45 years old, it given that healthy aging, pay atention to psycosocial questions that affect them. This Project is development in the federal instituto of tecnological, Science and educacion of Rio Grande of the Norte-Campus Natal-Central. Besides of objective formative it complements the khow constructed in education along life. The course also intends oportunize an increased of learned based professional pattern and marketing requirement, whereby the students give legal skills, they are directing the professional development in the formal pattern. Through that situation, it justify the needed of identify skllis and fragilities of the public met by the course, bacause they are future the elderly caregivers, they are also elderly in the familiar context. This studies has a qualitative approach based in the practice extra curriculum. The age factor , and the school level plurality it identified in the studies and the diversities transformations in the familiar stucture, were challenges to find in the formation elderly caregivers. Identifing in the analize of the results the needed more searches related the formation of caregiver and the their specificities.
