Abstract: The article discusses the development of the Flipped Classroom Guide (FCG), an educational product aimed at the continued training of Mathematics teachers, created within the context of a Professional Master's Degree in Mathematics Education. The research was conducted with teachers from the state network of Rio de Janeiro, who participated in a short course on the Flipped Classroom methodology. After the training, the teachers implemented the methodology in their classrooms, using Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). The development of the Guide was guided by the Design Science Research (DSR) methodology, with the aim of optimizing existing pedagogical practices and creating innovative solutions. The Guide proved to be an effective tool for disseminating and applying the Flipped Classroom methodology, providing theoretical and practical support to teachers and promoting the improvement of teaching and learning processes in Mathematics. Furthermore, the study contributed to understanding the potential and challenges involved in adopting the Flipped Classroom as a pedagogical approach.
