GRADUAÇÃO EM SECRETARIADO EXECUTIVO COMO FATOR DE EMPREGABILIDADE: UMA ANÁLISE CURRICULAR EM UMA INSTITUIÇÃO DE ENSINO PÚBLICO
A competência profissional está
associada aos conhecimentos adquiridos pelo
indivíduo e à capacidade da pessoa de ir além
das expectativas, ter iniciativa, se adequar a
novas situações no ambiente de trabalho e ser
reconhecido por suas atitudes. Diante disso, as
IES exercem contribuição no desenvolvimento e
planejamento da carreira profissional. E, dentre
o conjunto de conhecimentos ofertados pela
graduação, algumas disciplinas podem exercer
maior influência no processo de empregabilidade
e ingresso no mercado de trabalho. Por isso, este
capítulo, tem por objetivo identificar a relação de
disciplinas ofertadas pelo curso de Secretariado
Executivo da Unioeste que mais impactam
na inserção dos acadêmicos no mercado de
trabalho e analisar a empregabilidade conferida
pelo curso, na visão dos acadêmicos. Para
tanto, realizou-se levantamento de dados
com 26 acadêmicos, quando utilizou-se um
questionário composto por 10 questões. A partir
disso, obteve-se que perfil dos respondentes
tem um predomínio da presença feminina e é
composta em sua maioria por jovens, recém
saídos do ensino médio e que as disciplinas
ofertadas pela graduação contribuem para o
crescimento profissional. Destas, a disciplina
que mais colabora com o ingresso no mercado
de trabalho é a Língua Portuguesa e a que
favorece o desenvolvimento de atividades no
local de trabalho é Comunicação Empresarial.
Ressalta-se que as pesquisas sobre esse tema
são relevantes e devem continuar acontecendo,
pois por meio destas é possível a IES avaliar
o ensino em relação a empregabilidade e
atualizar-se nos pontos que considerar fracos.

Abstract:
The professional competence is associated with the knowledge acquired
by the individual and the person’s capacity to deliver more than expected, take initiative,
adapt to new situations in the work environment and be recognized for their attitudes.
Given this fact, Higher Education Institutions (HEI) contribute to the development and
planning of the professional career. And, among the group of knowledge offered by the
undergraduate degree, some disciplines may exert a greater influence on the process
of employability and the admission to the work market. Wherefore, this article aims
to identify the relationship of disciplines offered by the Executive Secretariat course
at the Unioeste that most impact the insertion of academics in the labor market and
analyze the employability conferred by the course, in the view of academics. For that,
a survey was carried out with 26 academics, and was used a questionnaire composed
of 10 questions. In view of that, it was obtained that the profile of the respondents has
a predominance of the female presence and is composed mostly by young people, just
out of high school and that the disciplines offered by the graduation contribute to the
professional growth. From these, the discipline that most collaborates with entering
the labor market is the Portuguese Language, and the that favors the development of
activities in the workplace is Business Communication. It should be emphasized that
research on this topic is relevant and should continue to happen, as it is through the
latter that it is possible for HEI to evaluate teaching in relation to employability and to
update itself on the points it considers weak.
