GOVERNO ULTRALIBERAL: DOMINÂNCIA EXTERNA, DESMONTE DO ESTADO E PRECARIZAÇÃO DO TRABALHO - IMPOSIÇÃO DO CONSENSO DE WASHINGTON
O Ultraliberalismo Rentista-Neoextrativista o qual o Governo Atual está nos submetendo, cujo viés de ruptura aos Governos Populistas é na verdade a tessitura de duas macropolíticas públicas: a externa que se articula com a promoção da Submissão Brasileira articulada a nossa nova Metrópole, os Estados Unidos da América (EUA), cujo resultado é dominância ao capital e a política pública interna de desmonte das conquistas sociais do trabalho provenientes da luta de classes e da promulgação da Constituição de 1988, com a concretização da imposição das regras neoliberais constantes nas premissas do Consenso de Washington onde demonstraremos a precarização do trabalho, principalmente com o aniquilamento dos direitos conquistados pelos movimentos dos trabalhadores e a dominação do capital rentista neoextrativista. Foi realizada uma busca bibliográfica em bases de dados científicos, técnicos e de publicações de mídia para levantamento de informações. Foi observado que as transformações, ao tempo que reafirmam a essência do capitalismo, transformaram o trabalho em mercadoria, e proporcionou outra amplitude a essa relação social.

Abstract:
The Rentista-Neoextractivist Ultraliberalism to which the Current Government is submitting us, whose rupture bias to the Populist Governments is in fact the fabric of two public macropolitics: the external that articulates with the promotion of Brazilian Submission articulated to our new Metropolis, the United States of America (USA), the result of which is dominance of capital and the internal public policy of dismantling the social achievements of work arising from the class struggle and the promulgation of the 1988 Constitution, with the implementation of the imposition of neoliberal rules contained in the premises the Washington Consensus where we will demonstrate the precariousness of work, mainly with the annihilation of the rights conquered by the workers' movements and the domination of neo-extractive rentist capital. A bibliographic search was carried out in scientific, technical and media publications databases to collect information. It was observed that the transformations, while reaffirming the essence of capitalism, transformed work into merchandise, and provided another breadth to this social relationship.
