GLOBALIZAÇÃO: UM PROCESSO DE MUDANÇA ESTRUTURAL NO SISTEMA INTERNACIONAL? ALGUMAS REFLEXÕES
Este ensaio é composto de três partes. Inicialmente, apresenta-se uma síntese de diversos entendimentos de atores de influência realista sobre o conceito de estrutura. Posteriormente, ilustra-se algumas evidências econômicas desse fenômeno multifacetado, qual seja, a globalização. Subsequentemente, procura-se interpretar a globalização consoante a teoria realista de mudança estrutural e analisar se, efetivamente, a globalização empreendeu mudança estrutural. Nesse estágio, procura-se responder a pergunta tema deste trabalho, além de serem tecidas algumas considerações adicionais.

Abstract:
This essay consists of three parts. Initially, it presents a synthesis of various understandings of actors of realist influence on the concept of structure. Subsequently, some economic evidence of this multifaceted phenomenon, namely globalization, is illustrated. Subsequently, we seek to interpret globalization according to the realist theory of structural change and analyze whether or not globalization has actually brought about structural change. At this stage, an attempt is made to answer the main question of this paper, and some additional considerations are made.
