Abstract: The gymnastics didactic plan is structured over eight progressive weeks, aiming to teach the technical, postural, and expressive fundamentals of the discipline in the school setting. A pedagogical approach is adopted that emphasizes body control, coordination, balance, spatial awareness, and creativity, fostering active and meaningful learning. Each week is dedicated to a specific technical component, including a related warm-up and fifteen progressive activities. The content includes basic position and body alignment, balances, rolls (forward and backward), hand supports, jumps, basic combinations, simple acrobatics, and sequence construction. Activities are designed using accessible materials (mats, ropes, hoops) and adaptations that allow full student participation. Respect for one's own body and others', self-regulation, collaborative work, and self-confidence are prioritized. The teaching process focuses on body exploration, expression through movement, and cooperative experiences, promoting comprehensive and non-competitive motor development. In the final week, a group sequence is assembled to integrate the elements developed, promoting creativity, fluency, and teamwork. Values such as responsibility, empathy, shared effort, and appreciation of the process over results are reinforced. Thus, gymnastics is presented as an educational tool that supports students' physical, emotional, and social development while strengthening their connection to conscious and expressive movement.
