GESTIÓN ESCOLAR Y COMPROMISO ORGANIZACIONAL EN EDUCACIÓN INTERCULTURAL BILINGÜE: FACTORES PARA EL LOGRO DE APRENDIZAJES
Se considera que una gestión escolar es eficiente cuando se asegura un buen logro en los resultados de aprendizaje de los estudiantes; sin embargo, para garantizar estándares de calidad, se necesita una adecuada planificación, implementación, ejecución y evaluación de una serie de elementos relacionados con los integrantes de la comunidad educativa, generar un clima de aprendizaje, gestión curricular apropiada acorde al contexto, recursos humanos y financieros disponibles, entre otros.
El interés principal de este libro es mostrar los aspectos teóricos relacionados con la gestión escolar y compromiso organizacional, como factores para el logro de aprendizajes de los estudiantes, conceptos clave que deben ser considerados en instituciones educativas que implementan la Educación Intercultural Bilingüe. Por otro lado, se presentan resultados de investigación que dan cuenta de la realidad de instituciones escolares que se encuentran en contextos rurales y que necesitan el apoyo urgente de los organismos estatales para brindar una educación de calidad.
Se cree firmemente que la implementación de políticas relacionadas a la educación intercultural bilingüe son una respuesta frente a la problemática que atraviesa la educación en un país lleno de diversidad cultural, lingüística y social como es el Perú.

Abstract:
School management is considered to be efficient when it ensures good achievement in student learning outcomes; however, to guarantee quality standards, adequate planning, implementation, execution and evaluation of a series of elements related to the members of the educational community, generating a learning climate, appropriate curriculum management according to the context, available human and financial resources, among others, are needed.
The main interest of this book is to show the theoretical aspects related to school management and organizational commitment as factors for the achievement of student learning, key concepts that should be considered in educational institutions that implement Intercultural Bilingual Education. On the other hand, research results are presented that show the reality of schools in rural contexts that need urgent support from state agencies to provide quality education.
It is firmly believed that the implementation of policies related to intercultural bilingual education is a response to the problems facing education in a country as culturally, linguistically and socially diverse as Peru.
