GESTÃO UNIVERSITÁRIA COM BASES NO FEMINISMO E NAS PRÁTICAS ARTÍSTICAS PERFORMATIVAS
A grande movimentação social em andamento no Brasil traz à luz o trabalho de mulheres com participação direta na política e na cultura artística, de modo integrado. Esta comunicação visa relatar nossa experiência na gestão universitária da Escola de Belas Artes da Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (2013-2017), como Diretora de Unidade Acadêmica. Por meio desta vivência, destacamos a integração efetiva do trabalho administrativo-político universitário com a prática acadêmica em base feminista e no campo do conhecimento das Artes Cênicas. Isso foi importante base ética no exercício dessa gestão. Em distintos momentos, nos inspiramos em práticas performativas que valorizam a diversidade de gênero, a troca de papéis, o convívio, a artesania, a bricolagem, a corporeidade e a improvisação. Destacamos também a criação por nós do Fórum Mulheres na Administração Universitária (edições em 2015 e 2016). Por fim, é importante, neste contexto, relatar ainda o “Ocupa Belas Artes”, movimento estudantil de ocupação com forte participação feminina, que utilizou de expressões artísticas performativas para suas manifestações políticas. Com isso, pretendemos discutir o fortalecimento do feminino em espaços da política e da representação universitária, a sinalização de modelos democráticos femininos para gestão administrativa e integrados com a prática da arte cênica, bem como evidenciar a concreta dinamização, ou enlace, da mulher com a política e a cultura artística.

Abstract:
The great social movement in progress in Brazil brings to light the work of women with a direct participation in politics and artistic culture, in an integrated way. This communication aims to report our experience in the university management of the School of Fine Arts of the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2013-2017), as of Academic Director of the School. Through this experience, we highlight the effective integration of university administrative-political work with academic practice on a feminist basis and in the field of Performing Arts. This was an important ethical basis in the exercise of that elected mandate. At different times, we were inspired by performative practices that value gender diversity, the exchange of roles, socializing, crafts, DIY, corporeality and improvisation. We also highlight the creation and organization by us of the Forum Women in University Administration (editions in 2015 and 2016). Finally, it is important to report in this context the event "Occupy Fine Arts", a student’s occupation movement with strong female participation. With that we intend to discuss the strengthening of the feminine in spaces of politics and university representation, the signaling of feminine democratic models for administrative management integrated with the practice of Perfoming Arts as well as evidence of a concrete dynamism or bonding of women with Politics, Arts and Culture.
