GESTÃO NA SOCIOEDUCAÇÃO: REDE DE PROTEÇÃO OU SISTEMA PUNITIVO?
O Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente prevê proteção integral ao adolescente. Infelizmente, na realidade da implementação das políticas públicas não é garantido uma rede de proteção que possibilite o desenvolvimento do adolescente que cumpre medida socioeducativa. Consideramos por proteção integral o processo de educação do adolescente e seu rompimento com o mundo da criminalidade. A pesquisa demonstrou que quando não há uma rede de proteção o que predomina é o sistema punitivo.

Abstract:
The Child and Adolescent Statute full protection for adolescents. Unfortunately, in the reality of the implementation of public policies, a protection network that enables the development of adolescents who complies with socio-educational measures is not guaranteed. We consider the process of educating adolescents and their break with the criminal world to be integral protection. The research inserts that when there is no safety net, what predominates is the punitive system.
