GESTÃO ESCOLAR DEMOCRÁTICA
A gestão democrática é apontada como um fundamental requisito para as instituições escolares públicas. O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar como funciona a gestão democrática no ambiente escolar. Seu surgimento deu-se a partir do interesse em saber como a gestão democrática acontece o espaço educacional, haja vista, que esse tipo de gestão envolver uma participação consciente do coletivo escolar em busca de uma entidade para a instituição educativa que venha responder aos anseios da comunidade. Assim sendo, o trabalho aqui apresentado é um fator importante para a excelência na área educacional. A metodologia aplicada para sua realização efetivou-se através de um estudo bibliográfico no período do curso de Especialização em Gestão, embasando-se nos seguintes teóricos: Constituição da República Federativa do Brasil – CF/88 (1988), Leis de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional – LDBEN (1996), Paro (2002), Libâneo (2003), Ferreira (2006). Os resultados apontam inúmeras sugestões que podem favorecer a um processo escolar democratizado, mediante uma gestão que faça a diferença no espaço onde opera, pois, a gestão democrática no ambiente escolar possui uma descentralização de poder, sendo que as decisões voltadas para a escola são tomadas por toda a comunidade escolar.

Abstract:
: Democratic management is seen as a fundamental requirement for public school institutions. This study aims to analyze how democratic management works in the school environment. Its emergence came from the interest in knowing how democratic management takes place in the educational space, given that this type of management involves the conscious participation of the school group in search of an entity for the educational institution that will respond to the needs of the school. community. Therefore, the work presented here is an important factor for excellence in the educational area. The methodology applied for its realization was carried out through a bibliographic study during the period of the Specialization in Management course, based on the following theorists: Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil - CF / 88 (1988), Laws of Guidelines and Bases of National Education - LDBEN (1996), Paro (2002), Libâneo (2003), Ferreira (2006). The results point to innumerable suggestions that can favor a democratized school process, through a management that makes a difference in the space where it operates, since democratic management in the school environment has a decentralization of power, and the decisions directed to the school are taken by the entire school community.
