GESTÃO ESCOLAR: A LIDERANÇA DEMOCRÁTICA E PARTICIPATIVA PARA A GARANTIA DA QUALIDADE DO PROCESSO DE ENSINO E APRENDIZAGEM
Este artigo tem como tema a Gestão Escolar: a Liderança Democrática e Participativa para a garantia da Qualidade do Processo de Ensino e Aprendizagem. O objetivo é analisar como o gestor escolar ao praticar a liderança democrática e participativa garante a qualidade no processo de ensino e aprendizagem. Como justificativa percebe-se que na gestão Escolar moderna é essencial o gestor ser um líder democrático e participativo, já que tal ambiente é um espaço de construção democrático de ensino e aprendizagem, com responsabilidade social, onde há indivíduos com aptidões e competências múltiplas e diversificadas, sendo necessário alcançar metas institucionais para sobrevivência deste espaço, além de atender aos requisitos legais que lhes são impostos para seu exercício. Realizou-se uma pesquisa bibliográfica considerando as contribuições de autores como CURY (2002), DA SILVA (2009) E LÜCK (2009, 2000), entre outros, procurando enfatizar a importância do tema da gestão escolar no contexto da liderança democrática e participativa. Conclui-se que é importante empregar os aspectos modernos da gestão escolar, seus entendimentos, resultando em bem para a sociedade, a essencialidade do desenvolvimento e pratica da liderança com um meio principal de se alcançar as metas estabelecidas, em especial a qualidade no processo de ensino e aprendizagem.

Abstract: This article has the theme of School Management: the Democratic and Participatory Leadership in order to guarantee the Quality of the Teaching and Learning Process. The objective is to analyze how the school manager in practicing democratic and participatory leadership guarantees quality in the teaching and learning process. As a justification, it is evident that in modern school management it is essential that the manager be a democratic and participative leader, because such an environment is a democratic building of teaching and learning, with social responsibility, wherein there are individuals with multiple and diversified skills and competences , and it is necessary to achieve institutional goals for the survival of this space, in addition to meeting the legal requirements imposed on them for their exercise. A bibliographical research was carried out considering the contributions of CURY (2002), DA SILVA (2009) and LÜCK (2009, 2000), among others, trying to emphasize the importance of the subject of school management in the context of democratic and participatory leadership. Summing up, it is important to use the modern aspects of school management, its understandings, resulting in benefits for society, the essential development and practice of leadership with a main way of achieving the established goals, especially quality in the process of teaching and learning.
