GESTÃO EM SAÚDE – CUIDADO DE PACIENTES COM DIABETES MELLITUS NA ATENÇÃO BÁSICA: UMA REVISÃO BIBLIOGRÁFICA SOBRE O PREVINE BRASIL E OS DESAFIOS DA SUA IMPLEMENTAÇÃO NO PAÍS
Esta produção trata-se de uma revisão bibliográfica que busca compreender e discutir qualitativamente as contribuições do Programa Previne Brasil. Para tanto, dar-se-á ênfase ao indicador 7 (sete), responsável pelo acompanhamento dos pacientes com Diabetes Mellitus e reforçará a importância dos gestores e equipes de saúde para sua efetivação. Através do pagamento por desempenho, será possível associar o programa ao cuidado dos pacientes crônicos na Atenção Primária à Saúde. Ademais, observar-se-á a condução do tratamento e as dificuldades relacionadas à inicialização do programa. Para elaborar este estudo, levar-se-á em consideração o despreparo dos gestores municipais, além dos impactos gerados pela pandemia do coronavírus em pacientes crônicos. Dessa forma, chegou-se à conclusão de que a rede de saúde deve estar estruturada adequadamente para cobertura assistencial, a qual trará impactos financeiros ao país.

Abstract:
This essay is a bibliographic review that is looking for understand qualitatively the contributions of the Program “Previne Brasil”. Therefore, will emphasize the 7 (seven) indicator, that is responsible for the attendance the Diabetes Mellitus patients and will reinforce the importance of the managers and health teams for effectuation. Through the pay for performance, will be possible associate the program to the care of chronic patients on Primary Attention Health. Besides, the conduct of treatment will be observed and related difficulties to the initiation of the program. To elaborate this essay, the unpreparedness of municipal managers will be taken into account, beyond the impacts of coronavirus pandemic in chronic patients. Thus, it was concluded that the health network must be properly structured to care coverage, that will bring financial impacts to the country.
