GESTÃO EDUCACIONAL NO TERCEIRO SETOR E SEU IMPACTO NO DESENVOLVIMENTO HUMANO DE SUJEITOS EM VULNERABILIDADE SOCIAL DO BAIRRO DO VERGEL DO LAGO: ATUAÇÃO DE UMA ORGANIZAÇÃO DA SOCIEDADE CIVIL (OSC) QUE ATUA NO MUNICÍPIO DE MACEIÓ
A presente pesquisa busca contribuir para as discussões e reflexões no campo educacional referente a gestão dos processos educativos que ocorrem em Organizações da Sociedade Civil e a sua importância para o desenvolvimento humano, social, cognitivo, cultural e político dos sujeitos, dessa forma, buscamos entender como a gestão educacional no terceiro setor impacta no desenvolvimento humano e social tantos dos sujeitos que são o público-alvo dessas Organizações, quanto da comunidade da qual a organização da sociedade civil está inserida. O trabalho foi realizado com base nas metodologias de estudo teórico, de autores que subsidiam nossa pesquisa e estudo de caso, de forma a aprofundar nosso estudo e investigar o fenômeno aqui abordado. Os dados dessa pesquisa foram desenvolvidos no Instituto Mandaver, organização da sociedade civil que compreende nosso campo de pesquisa. Nosso trabalho tem como base a pesquisa bibliográfica e o estudo de caso, para tecermos apontamentos e propiciar uma construção mais rica no que tange a discussão e problematização da temática. Para discutir e refletir sobre tal temática utilizaremos como principais referenciais teóricos: Freire (1977), Freire (1996), Gohn (2008) e Piaget (2002), Mañas e Medeiros (2012), Abrucio (2018) entre outros. O instituto tem possibilitado aos sujeitos que eles tenham uma formação social e cultural, através das oficinas de cultura e esporte, além de uma capacitação técnica que possibilite a sua inserção no mercado de trabalho. Desta forma, percebe-se que a gestão educacional da instituição está fortemente comprometida com o desenvolvimento de sujeitos, isto é, sujeitos humanos, conscientes, críticos e reflexivos de sua realidade. Uma gestão que acredita no poder de gente transformando gente, e com isso, transformando realidades sociais e humanas.

Abstract:
This research seeks to contribute to discussions and reflections in the educational field regarding the management of educational processes that occur in Civil Society Organizations and their importance for the human, social, cognitive, cultural and political development of the subjects, in this way, we seek to understand how educational management in the third sector impacts the human and social development of both the subjects who are the target audience of these Organizations and the community in which the civil society organization is inserted. The work was carried out based on theoretical study methodologies, by authors who subsidize our research and case study, in order to deepen our study and investigate the phenomenon discussed here. The data from this survey were developed at the Mandaver Institute, a civil society organization that comprises our field of research. Our work is based on bibliographical research and case study, in order to make notes and provide a richer construction regarding the discussion and problematization of the theme. To discuss and reflect on this theme, we will use as main theoretical references: Freire (1977), Freire (1996), Gohn (2008) and Piaget (2002), Mañas and Medeiros (2012), Abrucio (2018) among others. The institute has enabled subjects to have a social and cultural background, through culture and sports workshops, in addition to technical training that enables their insertion in the job market. In this way, it is clear that the institution's educational management is strongly committed to the development of subjects, that is, human subjects who are aware, critical and reflective of their reality. A management that believes in the power of people transforming people, and with that, transforming social and human realities.
