GESTÃO E ORGANIZAÇÃO EXTENSIONISTA NO IFRN CAMPUS NATAL CENTRAL: O IMPACTO DO PROJETO POLÍTICO PEDAGÓGICO E DOCUMENTOS REGULATÓRIOS
O presente artigo objetiva estudar o impacto do Projeto Político Pedagógico na gestão e organização da Extensão na Educação Profissional, analisando o PPP e os documentos regulatórios do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Rio Grande do Norte e a organização extensionista no IFRN Campus Natal Central. Este trabalho tem caráter de pesquisa qualitativa, utilizando procedimentos bibliográficos e documentais. A pesquisa indica que o projeto político pedagógico determina a criação dos documentos regulatórios de todo o fazer institucional, o que impacta diretamente a gestão e organização extensionista. E o resultado encontrado demonstra-se através da análise do PPP e documentos regulatórios do IFRN, comparados com a gestão e organização extensionista no IFRN Campus Natal Central. Nesse sentido, ressalta-se a necessidade da participação de toda a comunidade acadêmica na construção do projeto político pedagógico.

Abstract:
This article aims to study the Pedagogical Political Project impact on the Extension management and organization in Professional Education, analyzing the PPP and the regulatory documents of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology from Rio Grande do Norte and the extension organization at IFRN Campus Natal Central.This work has a qualitative research character, using bibliographic and documentary procedures. The research indicates the pedagogical political project determines the creation of regulatory documents of all institutional making, which impacts directly the extension management and organization. And the result found is demonstrated through the PPP and ifrn regulatory documents analysis, compared with the IFRN Campus Natal Central extension management and organization. In this sense, the study emphasizes the need for the entire academic community participation in the construction of the pedagogical political project.
