GESTÃO E AVALIAÇÃO DE DESEMPENHO: UM ESTUDO DE CASO
Esta pesquisa sobre Gestão e
Avaliação de Desempenho tem como objetivo
analisar as possibilidades e limitações do Manual
de Orientação de Gestão de Desempenho
da SEGEP (Manual). Foi realizada pesquisa
bibliográfica e documental sobre o tema e sobre
Administração Pública, para dar subsídio à
análise documental. Os resultados indicam que
o Manual apresenta como limitações a escassa
utilização de tecnologias e que somente
os mal avaliados são encaminhados para
capacitação. Como principais possibilidades,
pode se destacar o alinhamento entre gestão do
desempenho organizacional com o individual e
a sintonia com os principais referenciais teóricos
sobre o tema.

Abstract:
This research on Performance
Management and Evaluation aims to analyze
the possibilities and limitations of the SEGEP
Performance Management Guidance Manual
(Manual). A bibliographic and documental
research was carried out on the subject and
on Public Administration, in order to provide
support to the documental analysis. The results
indicate that the Manual has as limitations
the scarce use of technologies and that only
the poorly evaluated are sent for training. As
main possibilities, the alignment between the
management of organizational performance
with the individual and the tuning with the main
theoretical references on the subject can be
highlighted.
