GESTÃO DO CONHECIMENTO PESSOAL, UMA “NOVA” PERSPECTIVA?
A trama socioeconômica imposta pela sociedade contemporânea, faz com que a relação indivíduo e organização esteja cada vez mais pautada no desenvolvimento de ambos. Neste cenário, valorizar e gerenciar o conhecimento de forma estratégica é um diferencial para o sucesso organizacional e o ser humano com seus talentos, é visto como um diferencial para o sucesso do todo. Sendo assim, pretendemos neste artigo, a partir de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, com base em obras de autores que têm se destacado em pesquisas sobre o tema, definir e refletir sobre o que é o termo Gestão do Conhecimento Pessoal (GCP/PKM), e que benefícios a GCP vem trazendo para organizações e pessoas, diante dessa dinâmica imposta pela era do conhecimento, proporcionando assim, uma visão geral sobre o tema abordado, e permitindo reflexões se esta é uma “nova” perspectiva ou algo sempre presente, mesmo que de forma não elaborada, na rotina dos sujeitos.

Abstract:
The socioeconomic fabric imposed by contemporary society, makes the relationship individual and organization is increasingly based on the development of both. In this scenario, valuing and managing knowledge strategically is a differential for organizational success and the human being with their talents is seen as a differential for the success of the whole. Thus, we intend in this article, based on a bibliographic research, based on works by authors who have excelled in research on the subject, to define and reflect on what is the term Personal Knowledge Management (PKM), and what benefits the GCP has been bringing to organizations and people, in face of this dynamic imposed by the knowledge age, thus providing an overview on the theme addressed, and allowing reflections on whether this is a “new” perspective or something always present, even if it is not elaborated, in the routine of the subjects.
