• Keywords: This article intends to report some of the experiences of democratic management in the construction of a Pedagogical Political Project (PPP). We will present the case of the Laranjal Paulista-SP municipal education system, which set out to do differently, instead of repeating a recurring practice in many cities. In this sense, it focused on democratic management as a methodology for the construction of the Pedagogical Political Project (PPP). We will present some referrals and records of experiences hitherto experienced, as this is a process still underway.
