GESTÃO DEMOCRÁTICA: A PERSPECTIVA DE ALGUNS GESTORES DE UMA ESCOLA PÚBLICA ESTADUAL DO MUNICÍPIO DE JUÍNA – MT
A gestão democrática é um dos
pilares para um bom desenvolvimento da
unidade escolar e tem como um dos principais
objetivos a participação efetiva de todos os
membros da comunidade, como funcionários,
pais e alunos, afim de discutir em conjunto,
aspectos essenciais, que resultem na tomada
de decisões importantes, para a comunidade
escolar. Com base nesta premissa, buscamos
averiguar a efetividade da gestão democrática
de uma escola estadual do município de
Juína, Mato Grosso, com base na opinião de
uma diretora e uma coordenadora membros
do quadro de funcionários desta escola. A
metodologia constituiu na aplicação de um
questionário com dez questões abertas e
fechadas sobre este tema. Através dos dados
obtidos, levantamos informações sobre o
processo de escolha de um novo diretor, a
importância do conselho deliberativo, o alcance
das metas aplicando-se a gestão democrática
e os principais desafios para a sua execução.
Com este trabalho ressalta-se a necessidade de
novos estudos envolvendo esta área e também
a ampliação de programas que promovam
a conscientização dos familiares e demais
membros da comunidade escolar, quanto a
importância de estarem mais presentes na vida
escolar de seus filhos e parentes, uma vez
que este fato, foi observado neste trabalho,
como uma das principais dificuldades para
o desenvolvimento do caráter democrático
escolar

Abstract:
Democratic management is one of
the pillars for a good development of the school
unit and has as one of the main objectives the
effective participation of all members of the community, such as employees, parents and students, in order to discuss together,
essential aspects that result in important decisions for the school community. Based on
this premise, we sought to ascertain the effectiveness of the democratic management
of a state school in the municipality of Juína, Mato Grosso, based on the opinion of a
director and a coordinator of the staff of this school. The methodology consisted in the
application of a questionnaire with ten open and closed questions on this topic. Through
the data obtained, we gathered information on the process of choosing a new director,
the importance of deliberative advice, the achievement of goals applying democratic
management and the main challenges for its execution. This work emphasizes the need
for new studies involving this area and also the expansion of programs that promote the
awareness of family members and other members of the school community about the
importance of being more present in the school life of their children and relatives, since
this fact was observed in this study, as one of the main difficulties for the development
of the school democratic character
