GESTÃO DE RESÍDUOS URBANOS: ESTUDO COMPARATIVO ENTRE BRASIL E PORTUGAL
O presente trabalho apresenta um comparativo da estrutura política de gestão de resíduos em aterros sanitários entre Brasil e Portugal, tendo como foco os que provem do meio urbano. Fica claro que, para ter uma boa base fundamental, é preciso ter a avaliação dessa questão se estendendo para além do campo legislativo, envolvendo questões econômicas, estatísticas, estruturais, internacionais, locacionais, sociais e sustentáveis. Para tanto, na prática, se faz preciso a presença do contributo de vários órgãos que, juntos, tornam possíveis a obtenção de melhores prerrogativas.

Abstract:
The present work presents a comparative of the policy structure of waste management in landfills between Brazil and Portugal, focusing on those that come from the urban places. It is clear that, in order to have a good fundamental basis, it is necessary to assess this issue by extending beyond the legislative field, involving economic, statistical, structural, international, locational, social and sustainable issues. In order to do so, in practice, it is necessary to have the presence of the contribution of several organizations that, together, make it possible to obtain better prerogatives.
