Abstract: This article, a summary of a dissertation project in progress of bibliographic review, is based on the works of authors who address aspects of Quality Management in Technological Professional Education, their possible entrepreneurial (ethnic) pedagogical practices, with regard to curricular gaps (lack of of effective Ethnic Curriculum developed), ambiguities in mediation (unknown or partial or discontinuous teaching training, in ethnic entrepreneurial teaching and learning) and contradictions in the employability of graduates, without monitoring their careers in the regional market. Everything results in empowerment and ethnic-racial identification disconnected from Brazilian and regional indigenous Afro culture, with roots in the Ubuntu philosophy (participation, community involvement and respect for ancestries and/or enchantments) and the Sankofa philosophy (Life Projects based on ethnic experiences and culture familiar). The central objective is to conduct a diagnosis, possible socio-economic educational intervention and prognosis of these elements, with the purpose of promoting intra and extra community (de)involvement, initially focused on *CEEPAMEV Ethnic Entrepreneur, stimulating the self-identification of ethnic entrepreneurial qualities, overcoming of present and future challenges, mainly based on the philosophies of Ubuntu and Sankofa, integrating these perspectives with the practices of a Quality Ethnic Entrepreneurial Technological Professional Education. It will also seek to intertwine the philosophies of Ubuntu and Sankofa, among other ethnic concepts of “Philosophies of Life”, for a possible overcoming of the gaps, ambiguities and contradictions initially and hypothetically presupposed, regarding an effective Quality Management of Ethnic Entrepreneurial Professional Education , as a means of catalyzing development, innovation and sustainable (de)development, internally and externally to *CEEPAMEV, promoting an entrepreneurial ethnic organizational culture, intrinsically linked to strengthening ethnic-racial identity and promoting empowerment in and of the community teachers, students and their administrative technicians. *CEEPAMEV (Alvaro Melo Vieira State Center for Professional Education, ILHEUS-BA).
