GESTÃO DE PROCESSOS EDUCATIVOS ESCOLARES: PONTOS E CONTRAPONTOS SOBRE ORGANIZAÇÃO, SUJEITOS E PARTICIPAÇÃO NAS ESCOLAS DO CAMPO
Este artigo apresenta um relato
circunstanciado de um trabalho pedagógico
realizado no Curso de Licenciatura Plena em
Pedagogia da Terra – UNEB/Departamento de
Educação-Campus X, em Teixeira de Freitas.
Trata-se de reflexões teórico-metodológicas
que orientaram o desenvolvimento do Programa
do componente curricular Elaboração e
Coordenação de Projetos I, no tocante à
gestão de processos educativos escolares
e não escolares no campo. Primeiramente
situamos os princípios do projeto de Educação
do Campo, a origem, os objetivos e práticas
do Projeto de Curso – Pedagogia da Terra e
em seguida tecemos algumas relações com a
formação de educadores. O desenvolvimento
do trabalho focaliza a análise das concepções
de “administrar” e “coordenar” apresentadas
pelos discentes do referido Curso e os passos
subsequentes no processo formativo dos
educadores/as do campo. Os resultados
apresentam os pontos e contrapontos das
concepções e práticas de gestão dos processos
educativos escolares e não escolares para o
projeto de Educação do Campo.

Abstract:
The article presents a detailed
account of a pedagogical work carried out in
the course of full degree in pedagogy of the
Earth-UNEB/Department of Education-Campus
X, in Teixeira de Freitas. These are theoretical
and methodological reflections that guided the
development of the program of the curriculum
component elaboration and coordination of
projects I, regarding the management of school
and non-school educational processes in the
field. First we situate the principles of the field
Education project, the origin, the objectives
and practices of the course project-Pedagogy
of the earth and then we weave some
relationships with the formation of educators.
The development of the work focuses on the
analysis of the conceptions of “administer” and
“coordinate” presented by the students of the
aforementioned course and the subsequent
steps in the formative process of the educators
in the field. The results show the points and counterpoint of the conceptions and
practices of management of the school and non-school educational processes for the
field Education project.
