GESTÃO DE PESSOAS E LIDERANÇA: UMA ÓTICA FEMININA
este trabalho propõe descrever o projeto de capacitação“Gestão de Pessoas e Liderança: uma ótica feminina” fruto do convênio entre o Município e a Secretaria de Políticas para as Mulheres (Presidência da República). Participaram das capacitações 267 mulheres ocupantes de cargos de chefia de diversos setores da Prefeitura Municipal de Tatuí e organizações não governamentais. Durante as oficinas por meio de observação participativa e dialogada foram colhidas percepções das relações de gênero e de discriminação vivenciadas pelas participantes. Percebeu-se nas falas dessas mulheres a identificação da construção dos espaços de domínios de gênero masculino e feminino nas relações familiares, sociais e de trabalho.

Abstract:
This paper proposes to describe the training project "People Management and Leadership: a feminine perspective" fruit of the agreement between the Local Government of Tatuí and the Secretariat of Policies for Women (Presidency of the Republic). It was trained 267 women in positions of leadership of various sectors of the Municipal Government of Tatuí and non-governmental organizations. During the workshops, through participatory observation and dialogical, perceptions of gender relations and discrimination experienced by the participants were collected. In these women's statements, the identification of the construction of male and female gender domains in family, social and work relations was perceived.
