GESTÃO DE LEITO: NÚCLEO INTERNO DE REGULAÇÃOUMA FERRAMENTA FUNDAMENTAL A UNIDADE HOSPITALAR
Objetivo: Conhecer ações internas de melhoria de fluxo, visando o gerenciamento dos leitos na unidade hospitalar, apresentando as diretrizes que norteiam o monitoramento da gestão de leitos intra-hospitalares Metodologia: Trata-se de revisão de literatura, por busca online nas bases de dados nacionais.Discussão: A superlotação é um fenômeno relacionado ao desempenho das organizações hospitalares. Deverá ter inserção com a “regulação urgência e emergência”, como também com a regulação interna de exames e consultas. Composição multiprofissional, reuniões semanais e objetivas, confecção de Plano de Ação e avaliação baseado nas metas do projeto. A regulação realizada de forma eficaz, referenciada com a rede de atenção à saúde traz grandes benefícios não apenas ao paciente, mais a instituição, município e estado. Aumento ao número de leitos/dia na unidade tem uma interação e contribuição a linha do cuidado e gestão de leitos, como no conflito de demandas, ações equivocadas e melhoria na adequação dos profissionais. Deve ter sua análise de maneira sistemática, principalmente se concentra no nível estadual, por ser um eixo maior e mais complexo, pode ser observado uma certa hesitação em adotar medidas mais corajosas em prol da autonomia.Conclusão: O processo NIR deverá favorecer a resolução dos casos de forma eficaz e eficiente com conhecimento aprofundado e dinâmico na rede de saúde. Com avaliação dos indicadores como: média de pacientes-dia, média de permanência, índice de renovação de leitos, taxa de ocupação de leitos.

Abstract:
Objective: To know internal flow improvement actions, aiming at the management of beds in the hospital unit, presenting the guidelines that guide the monitoring of in-hospital bed management. Methodology: This is a literature review, by searching the databases online. from February to March 2018. Discussion: Overcrowding is a phenomenon related to the performance of hospital organizations. It should have insertion with the “urgency and emergency regulation”, as well as with the internal regulation of exams and consultations. Multiprofessional composition, weekly and objective meetings, preparation of Action Plan and evaluation based on project goals. Effective regulation, referenced with the health care network, brings great benefits not only to the patient, but also to the institution, municipality and state. Increasing the number of beds / day in the unit, there is an interaction and contribution to the care and management of beds, as in the conflict of demands, wrong actions and improvement in the adequacy of professionals. It should have its analysis systematically, especially focusing on the state level, as it is a larger and more complex axis, there may be some hesitation in taking more courageous measures for autonomy. Conclusion: The NIR process should favor the resolution of cases effectively and efficiently with in-depth and dynamic knowledge in the health network. With evaluation of indicators such as: average patient days, average length of stay, bed renewal index, bed occupancy rate. -
