GESTÃO DAS AÇÕES EM ORGANIZAÇÕES DO TERCEIRO SETOR: UM ESTUDO DE CASO NA ONG POSTO DE PUERICULTURA SUZANE JACOB
No cenário brasileiro, o terceiro setor
ganha destaque, em que as organizações não
governamentais têm como propósito atender
atividades voltadas para o bem estar social da
população desassistida pelo estado. Diante
disso, pode-se identificar as formas de gestão
empregadas pela ONG para a identificação de
suas ações voltadas para o desenvolvimento de
crianças e jovens. O objetivo se contextualizou
por meio da revisão literária sobre o tema e
teve como base pesquisadores brasileiros.
Este estudo teve como problema da pesquisa
o seguinte questionamento: Como é realizada
a gestão das ações do programa na ONG
Posto de Puericultura Suzanne Jacob (PPSJ)?
Objetivo foi o de analisar as ações realizadas
pelo Posto de Puericultura Suzanne Jacob
junto à sociedade parnaibana. Os objetivos
específicos da pesquisa buscaram identificar
os tipos de gestão que são aplicadas no
gerenciamento das ações e descrever as
ações realizadas pelo programa junto à
sociedade parnaibana. A metodologia aplicada
se constituiu de uma pesquisa descritiva e de
um estudo de caso. Teve abordagem qualitativa
e a forma de coleta de dados foi por meio de
entrevistas semiestruturadas aos gestores
da ONG e observações in loco. A análise
dos dados correu através do método FOFA,
conhecido como análise SWOT, onde foram
descritos suas forças, fraquezas, oportunidades
e ameaças. Concluiu-se que as ações da ONG
são bem executadas e suas adversidades bem
gerenciadas, trazendo resultados significativos
para comunidade local

Abstract:
In the Brazilian scenario, the third
sector is highlighted, in which non-governmental organizations have the purpose of attending activities aimed at the social well-being
of the population that is not served by the state. Given this, it is possible to identify the
forms of management used by the ONG to identify its actions aimed at the development
of children and young people. The objective was contextualized through the literary
review on the theme and was based on Brazilian researchers. This study had as a
research problem the following question: How is the management of the program’s
actions carried out at the ONG Posto de Puericultura Suzanne Jacob (PPSJ)? The
objective was to analyze the actions carried out by the Suzanne Jacob Child Care
Center in the Parnaíba society. The specific objectives of the research sought to
identify the types of management that are applied in the management of the actions
and to describe the actions carried out by the program with the Parnaíba society. The
applied methodology consisted of a descriptive research and a case study. There was
a qualitative approach and data collection was done through semi-structured interviews
with ONG managers and in loco observations. Data analysis was carried out through the
FOFA method, known as SWOT analysis, which described its strengths, weaknesses,
opportunities and threats. It was concluded that the ONG’s actions are well executed
and their adversities well managed, bringing significant results to the local community.
