As empresas necessitam buscar alternativas para aperfeiçoar seus resultados e minimizar seus custos. O setor de compras é responsável por abastecer o estoque de materiais na empresa, passando por essa área todos os investimentos realizados. O processo de aquisição de insumos contribui diretamente no centro de custos de cada setor,poressemotivo,torna-senecessáriorealizaramelhorcompra,nomomentocertoeaomenorcustopossível, semcomprometeraqualidadedoproduto.Pormeiodesseartigo,pode-severificaraimportânciadaEstratégicade Logística,quepermitedesenvolverestratégiasparaasoperaçõesrotineiras dasempresas,auxiliandonatomadade decisão. O plano de pesquisa apresenta como tema proposto o uso da centralização de compras na redução de custos, visando um poder maior de barganha na negociação durante o processo de aquisição e constante melhoria nosprocessos.

Abstract:
The Companies need to look for alternatives to improve their results and minimize their costs. The purchasing sectorisresponsibleforsupplyingthestockofmaterialsinthecompany,passingthroughthisareaallinvestments made. The input procurement process contributes directly to the cost center of each sector, for this reason, it is necessary to make the best purchase, at the right time and at the lowest possible cost, without compromising productquality.Throughthisarticle,itispossibletoverifytheimportanceoftheLogisticsStrategy,whichallows the development of strategies for the routine operations of companies, assisting in decision making. The research plan presents as a proposed theme the use of centralized purchases to reduce costs, aiming at greater bargaining power in the negotiation during the acquisition process and constant improvement in theprocesses.
