GESTÃO CONSCIENTE DE RECURSOS HÍDRICOS: A PERCEPÇÃO DE LÍDERES ORGANIZACIONAIS E SEU PAPEL NESTE CONTEXTO
O presente artigo, publicado no XXII Encontro de Iniciação Científica da Universidade São Francisco, e ganhador o prêmio de melhor trabalho na temática Meio Ambiente, tem por objetivo abordar o papel das organizações de trabalho para uma gestão eficaz dos recursos hídricos e assim evitar a interrupção de atividades frente a possíveis crises hídricas. Vislumbra-se identificar se o mau uso da água – um bem considerado “precioso” e vital – decorre da má gestão comportamental de agentes organizacionais e cidadãos, imbuídos em culturas, costumes e percepções de que este bem jamais se esgotará. A partir da hipótese de que a gestão comportamental impacta de modo significativo na gestão dos recursos hídricos, sob o enfoque da psicologia organizacional e do trabalho, almeja-se estimular a reflexão e, de fato, a conscientização das pessoas na promoção de mudanças comportamentais quanto ao uso da água. Perante o aceite por parte de três empresas localizadas na região de Campinas no interior do Estado de São Paulo para participar desta pesquisa, realizou-se inicialmente um estudo comparativo frente aos dados apresentados por cada empresa na mídia eletrônica, sendo possível averiguar que dentre suas particularidades. Embora todas apresentem trabalhos de teor social, apenas duas divulgam ações referentes ao uso da água. Estima-se a colaboração de novos pesquisadores para resultados mais abrangentes e justos, coesos com a nossa realidade, que está em constante mudança. Por ora, pretende-se que esta pesquisa influencie positivamente novos estudos que atrelem o comportamento humano à sustentabilidade. Os dados aqui compartilhados correspondem à análise de pesquisas publicadas, levantamento bibliográfico sobre o tema explorado, informações que circulam pela mídia, incluindo dados disponibilizados pelas empresas, objeto deste estudo, via internet.

Abstract:
This manuscript derives from work developed during the participation of a student in a scientific initiation program in which reflections on the training of future scientists were part of the process. In this movement, based on a survey previously carried out to identify researchers who focus on the theme of happiness, some elements present in their work were questioned, such as: interests and motivations; project contributions; and the researchers' mention of the continuation of the work. To identify these elements, we chose to use content analysis proposed by Bardin, based on thematic analysis, in a total of 41 academic works, composed of theses and dissertations defended and published in the digital collection of public, federal universities, in the national territory, which presented the descriptor happiness in their titles. Among the results, it was found that not all researchers mentioned the continuity, relevance and contributions of the study in the final considerations. This happened in 40% of the theses and 38% of the dissertations, regarding the absence of mention of continuity and 40% of the theses and 23% of the dissertations regarding the mention of contributions. What can this reveal? After the defenses of the works, the studies proceed, finish or are archived? What is its destination? Therefore, it considers the social contributions of a particular research or study. The intention here is to promote reflections on the importance of scientific research and how these enable the (trans)formation of the subject-researcher, preparing him for a critical-reflective movement that is also capable of bringing relevant and positive social contributions. Furthermore, it is important that this study encourages new productions that deal with the theme explored here.
