GERMINAÇÃO DE SEMENTES DE ALFACE AMERICANA REVESTIDAS COM Alumina SOB CONDIÇÕES DE ESTRESSE POR ALUMÍNIO
A homeopatia é considerada tecnologia social efetiva, contribuindo com a dimensão ecológica e econômica da sustentabilidade dos agroecossistemas, não deixando resíduos no meio ambiente, substituindo os agroquímicos, possibilitando uma agricultura sustentável. A alface é a hortaliça folhosa mais consumida e considerada umas das olerícolas de maior volume de comercialização sendo cultivada de forma intensa. Objetivou-se avaliar a influência do preparado homeopático Alumina na germinação de sementes revestidas de alface americana submetida a níveis tóxicos por alumínio e por salinidade. O experimento foi conduzido no laboratório de Oleicultura e Gramíneas, no bloco M da Universidade Federal do Recôncavo da Bahia, Cruz das Almas- BA. O delineamento experimental utilizado foi inteiramente casualizado com 4 tratamentos e 5 repetições. As sementes de alface foram submetidas ao teste de germinação em câmara BOD. O teste de germinação foi realizado de acordo com a Regra de Análise de Sementes (RAS). Em placas de Petri com 50 sementes foram distribuídas uniformemente, sobre duas folhas de papel germitest. As sementes foram embebidas com 3 mL da solução correspondente aos experimentos. Os tratamentos para o experimento foram: Alumina 5CH, Alumina 6CH, Alumina 12CH e Água destilada. As variáveis analisadas em ambos os tratamentos foram: Porcentagem de sementes germinadas, índice velocidade de germinação, Não germinadas, plântulas normais, plântulas anormais, biomassa fresca parte aérea, biomassa fresca raiz, biomassa fresca total, biomassa seca parte aérea, biomassa seca raiz, biomassa seca total, comprimento total, comprimento da radícula, comprimento da parte aérea. As dinamizações 5 e 12CH de Alumina incrementaram o vigor e o potencial germinativo das sementes de alface americana, no entanto, a Alumina 5CH atuou com maior eficiência no desenvolvimento das plântulas em condições de toxidez de alumínio. O método de revestimento das sementes com talco foi eficiente no teste de germinação e inovador na aplicação da homeopatia na área de tecnologia de sementes.

Abstract:
Homeopathy considered effective social technology, contributing to the ecological and economic dimension of the sustainability of agroecosystems, leaving no residues in the environment, replacing agrochemicals, enabling a sustainable agriculture. Lettuce is the most consumed hardwood crop and is considered one of the most commercialized olerícolas being cultivated intensely. The objective of this study was to evaluate the influence of the homeopathic preparation Alumina on the germination of seedlings coated with American lettuce submitted to toxic levels by aluminum and salinity. The experiment were conducted in the Oleicultura and Gramíneas laboratory, in block M of the Federal University of the Recôncavo of Bahia, Cruz das Almas-BA. The experimental design used was completely randomized with 4 treatments and 5 replicates for each of the experiments. The seeds of lettuce were submitted to the germination test in the BOD chamber. The germination test was performed according to the Seed Analysis Rule (RAS). In Petri dishes with 50 seeds were distributed evenly, on two sheets of germitest paper. The seeds were soaked with 3 ml of the solution corresponding to the experiments. Treatments for experiment one were: Alumina 5CH, Alumina 6CH, Alumina 12CH and Distilled Water. The variables analyzed in both treatments were: Percentage of germinated seeds, rate of germination, no germinated, normal seedlings, abnormal seedlings, fresh biomass aerial part, fresh root biomass, total fresh biomass, dry biomass aerial part, dry biomass root, total dry biomass, total length, radicle length, shoot length. Alumina 5 and 12CH dynamics increased the vigor and germination potential of the American lettuce seeds, however, Alumina 5CH acted more efficiently in the development of the seedlings under conditions of aluminum toxicity. The method of seed coating with talc was efficient in the germination test and innovative in the application of homeopathy in the field of seed technology.
