GERENCIAMENTO DE RESÍDUOS DE SAÚDE: PRODUÇÃO MAIS LIMPA NA HEMOTERAPIA
Os Serviços de Hemoterapia trabalham com resíduos considerados de risco tanto ocupacional quanto ambiental, trazendo inquietude quanto a geração e destino destes materiais. Este estudo buscou analisar a literatura acerca do tema Produção mais Limpa, com o objetivo de contribuir por meio de elementos teóricos práticos sobre a efetividade desta prática sustentável nas rotinas diárias dos Centros de Hemoterapia. Este método inovador visa a redução na produção dos resíduos e a busca por soluções que tragam benefícios não só para as instituições de saúde como para o meio ambiente. Optou-se pela Revisão Bibliográfica da Literatura Científica Nacional, a busca nas bases de dados: Google Acadêmico, BVS e Periódicos da Capes, entre os meses de abril a junho de 2019, com as palavras-chave: Produção Mais Limpa AND Resíduos de Serviços de Saúde AND Hemoterapia. Como critérios de inclusão artigos completos e disponíveis na íntegra que tratem da temática Produção Mais Limpa; publicados entre 2012 a 2019. Após busca foram encontrados 13 artigos. Concluiu-se com este trabalho que a geração destes resíduos nos hemonúcleos podem ser minimizadas através da implementação de ações de Produção mais Limpa, por esta metodologia ter como visão o desenvolvimento sustentável , através da redução no consumo de energia, na produção e tratamento destes resíduos, tendo como vantagem a segurança do trabalhador e menor impacto ambiental. Contudo, torna-se necessário o comprometimento dos gestores e a sensibilização de todos os funcionários envolvidos. Por se tratar de um assunto recente existem lacunas nas publicações relacionadas ao tema que merecem abordagens futuras.

Abstract:
Hemotherapy Services work with residues considered occupational and environmental risk, bringing restlessness as to the generation and destination of these materials. This study aimed to analyze the literature on the theme Cleaner Production, with the objective of contributing through practical theoretical elements on the effectiveness of this sustainable practice in the daily routines of hemotherapy centers. This innovative method aims to reduce waste production and seek solutions that bring benefits not only to health institutions but also for the environment. We opted for the literature review of the national scientific literature, the search in the databases: Google Academics, VHL and Capes Journals, between April and June 2019, with the keywords: Cleaner Production AND Waste Health Services AND Hemotherapy. As inclusion criteria complete and available articles in full dealing with the theme Cleaner Production; published between 2012 and 2019. After search, 13 articles were found. It was concluded with this work that the generation of these residues in the blood nuclei can be minimized through the implementation of Cleaner Production actions, because this methodology has as a vision the sustainable development, through the reduction in energy consumption , in the production and treatment of these waste, having as its advantage the safety of the worker and less environmental impact. However, it is necessary to compromise managers and raise awareness of all employees involved. Because this is a recent issue there are gaps in publications related to the topic that deserve future approaches.
