Abstract: Spatial analysis surveillance geotechnologies are tools used in primary health care with the aim of mapping risk areas to prevent and control health conditions in that geographic space. The objective of this work was to map a micro area of the Fábio Pinheiro Esmeraldo Basic Health Unit in the Municipality of Crato-CE. To develop this field research, geographic information systems (Sw Maps and Google Earth) were used for territorialization and mapping of the area. E-SUS questionnaires were used as a methodological resource to stratify family risk. Data were tabulated using Graphpad Prism version 6.0 software. Overall, the risk of 152 families was classified, the main socioeconomic risks identified were: untreated drinking water, rudimentary septic tank as a form of sanitary drainage and per capita family income equal to or less than ¼ of the minimum wage. The clinical conditions with the highest incidence were: hypertension, diabetes and alcohol consumption. We conclude that monitoring the mapped area is important to support the planning of health actions to seek improvements and interventions in this territory.
