GEOGRAFIA DO/NO (GEO)CIBERESPAÇO: UM ESTUDO DE CASO, EREMII - O LIVRO DIDÁTICO E A GEOGRAFIA GEOVIRTUAL (PARTE 2)

Essa segunda parte, seguida de uma primeira, onde, abordou-se a BNCC (fundamental e médio) para o ensino geográfico das principais categorias da Geografia. O presente texto buscou explorar a presença do espaço virtual nos livros didáticos adotados na Escola Irnero Ignácio (EREMII) para o novo ensino médio integral (45 horas), na cidade de Serra Talhada[1], assim como, os materiais (exemplares) que chegaram na escola no primeiro semestre de 2025 para adotar em 2026, após aprovação do professor. O objetivo é observar se os materiais didáticos atendem as orientações da BNCC. A pesquisa se propõe exploratória, e um primeiro momento analisar o material didático das ciências humanas e sociais utilizado até o ano corrente (2025), no segundo momento serão explorados os materiais que chegaram a unidade escolar até o mês de junho de 2025, 5 ao total, pois apontam para as condições a médio prazo quanto ao ensino geográfico para os próximos anos quanto a abordagem da Geografia no ciberespaço, favorável? Já para desenvolver a categoria de “espaço geovirtual” proposta apresentada em tópico a frente, a pesquisa bibliográfica que aponta para a vacância e a necessidade de uma Geografia virtual ou Geografia Ciberespacial (os dois possuem uma gama diversa de análise geográfica) tem se tornado necessário para o século XXI.   [1] Cidade do Sertão pernambucano, dista da capital Recife a 415 Quilômetros. Reconhecida nacionalmente como “Terra de Lampião” e também como a “Capital do Xaxado”.

  • Abstract: This second part, followed by a first one, where the BNCC (elementary and secondary) for the geographical teaching of the main categories of Geography was addressed. This text sought to explore the presence of the virtual space in the textbooks adopted at the Irnero Ignácio School (EREMII) for the new full-time high school (45 hours), in the city of Serra Talhada, as well as the materials (copies) that arrived at the school in the first semester of 2025 to be adopted in 2026, after the teacher's approval. The objective is to observe whether the teaching materials meet the BNCC guidelines. The research proposes to be exploratory, and at first to analyze the teaching material of the human and social sciences used until the current year (2025), in the second moment the materials that arrived at the school unit until June 2025 will be explored, three in total, as they indicate the medium-term conditions regarding geographical teaching for the coming years regarding the approach of Geography in cyberspace, favorable? In order to develop the proposed category of “geovirtual space” presented in the following topic, bibliographic research that points to the vacancy and need for a virtual geography or cyberspace geography (both have a diverse range of geographic analysis) has become necessary for the 21st century.
