GENÉTICA E EDUCAÇÃO: MAIS DE 50 ANOS GERANDO COLABORAÇOES, CONSTRUINDO PONTES E TECENDO REDES EM ESCENÁRIOS INTERMINAVELMENTE TURBULENTOS
Os acontecimentos que acontecem na sociedade tem impacto direto sobre os setores ditos “produtivos”. Assumindo essa afirmaçao como verdadeira e seguindo cronológicamente a história da Argentina desde os anos 70 até a presente data pode-se comprobar que os tempos de crise oferecem OPORTUNIDADES. Apesar disto, as crises ocultam AMEAÇAS que, como no caso da carreira universitária de grau “Licenciatura (=Bacharelado) em Genética, tem se mostrado como aquelas forças que se opõem às mudanças pela rigidez das autoridades circunstanciais, grupos profissionais que vem ameaçadas suas áreas de atuação e ainda por pessoas pouco afetas ao desenvolvimento de inovações se elas não surgem do seu próprio círculo áulico. A Licenciatura em Genética começou a ser oferecida em 1975, no seio de uma sociedade comocionada pela violência em uma recém criada Universidad Nacional de Misiones, verdadeira “colcha de retalhos”, fato que desmascarou as DEBILIDADES, a quase inexistente infraestrutura e estrutura de sustentaçao necessária para o imenso esforço que representa a criação de uma nova carreira, em uma localização geográfica periférica (nordeste do país) que ameaçava o paradigma centralista que ainda hoje caracteriza à Argentina. Perante os constantes ataques desferidos durante uns 20 anos à tentativa, que não surgiu do e nem no país “central”, surgiram as FORÇAS espirituais, imateriais, e profissionais encarnadas num grupo de docentes e pesquisadores que recolheram apoio de Instituiçoes provinciais, nacionais, inclusive internacionais, especialmente brasileiras, públicas e privadas, alicerçando as bases para que hoje na Argentina haja três carreiras universitárias de graduação em Genética.

Abstract:
The events that happen in society have a direct impact on the so-called “productive” sectors. Assuming this statement as true and following chronologically the history of Argentina from the 70s to the present date, it is possible to confirm that times of crisis offer OPPORTUNITIES. Despite this, the crises hide THREATS that, as in the case of the university career with a “Licentiate Degree (=Bachelor's Degree) in Genetics, have been shown to be those forces that oppose changes due to the rigidity of circumstantial authorities, professional groups that have been threatened in their areas performance and even by people little affected by the development of innovations if they do not arise from their own aulic circle. The Degree in Genetics began to be offered in 1975, within a society shocked by violence in a newly created Universidad Nacional de Misiones, a true "patchwork", a fact that unmasked the WEAKNESSES, the almost non-existent infrastructure and support structure necessary for the immense effort that represents the creation of a new career, in a peripheral geographic location (northeast of the country) that threatened the centralist paradigm that still characterizes Argentina today. Faced with the constant attacks launched for about 20 years at the attempt, which did not arise from or in the "central" country, spiritual, immaterial, and professional FORCES emerged in a group of professors and researchers who gathered support from provincial, national institutions, including international, especially Brazilian, public and private.
