GÊNEROS, VULNERABILIDADES E OPRESSÕES: UM ESTUDO A PARTIR DA TEORIA DA INTERSECCIONALIDADE E DA OBRA NAVALHA NA CARNE, DE PLÍNIO MARCOS
O presente trabalho tem como objetivo examinar o contexto de opressão e discriminação presente nas camadas mais marginalizadas da sociedade brasileira por uma lente adotada a partir do estudo da teoria da interseccionalidade, consolidada pela acadêmica estado-unidense Kimberlé Williams Crenshaw. Para compreender essa situação de vulnerabilidade e retratar a incidência das questões de gênero que permeiam as relações humanas, recorreu-se à obra Navalha na Carne, de Plínio Marcos, haja vista sua capacidade de figurar como um dispositivo de análise social e de denúncia da opressão vivenciada pelos indivíduos, que acabam por sofrer um processo estrutural de discriminação e violência que se intensifica a partir da quantidade e dos tipos de sobreposições de suas identidades sociais. Portanto, almejou-se: (i) compreender na obra de Plínio Marcos o enredo e o contexto em que a trama é desenvolvida; (ii) verificar os principais elementos da personagem de Neusa Sueli e a relação da protagonista com outras personagens da trama; (iii) identificar algumas características relevantes sobre Plínio Marcos e a sua atuação como dramaturgo; (iv) descrever os aspectos fundamentais da teoria da interseccionalidade; e, por fim (v) relacionar a citada teoria com a dramaturgia em tela. Assim, ilustrar-se-á a teoria da interseccionalidade, no cenário brasileiro de marginalização, por meio da obra Navalha na Carne.

Abstract:
The present text aims to analyze the context of oppression and discrimination in the most marginalized strata of Brazilian society through the perspective of the study of the theory of intersectionality, consolidated by the north American academic Kimberlé Williams Crenshaw. Thus, to understand this situation of vulnerability and to portray the incidence of gender issues in the human relationships, the authors resorted to the work entitled “Navalha na Carne”, by Plínio Marcos, due to its capacity to figure as a device of social analysis and as a denunciation of the oppression experienced by individuals, who suffer a structural process of discrimination and violence that it is intensified according to the quantities and to the types of social identities of them. Therefore, the aim was to: (i) understand in Plínio Marcos' work the plot and context in which the story is developed; (ii) verify the main elements of the character of Neusa Sueli and the relationship of the protagonist with other characters in the plot; (iii) identify some relevant characteristics about Plínio Marcos and his role as a playwright; (iv) describe the fundamental aspects of the theory of intersectionality; and, finally (v) to relate the abovementioned theory with Plínio’s dramaturgy. Thus, the theory of intersectionality will be illustrated, in the Brazilian scenario of marginalization, through the work Navalha na Carne.
