GÊNERO, SEXUALIDADE E BULLYING: OS REFLEXOS DO PRECONCEITO E DA DISCRIMINAÇÃO NO CONTEXTO ESCOLAR
Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar textos no campo da educação vinculados à temática bullying e preconceito, como leitura obrigatória da Disciplina Tópicos Especiais em Educação: Educação Escolar, Formação e Teoria Crítica – Formas de Violência Escolar: Bullying e Preconceito, ofertada para alunos não-regulares do Programa de Pós-graduação em Educação, Mestrado e Doutorado em Educação da Universidade Estadual de Maringá (PPE/UEM), no período de 02 de Setembro a 15 de Dezembro de 2021. Fundamentamos a discussão dos textos apresentados pela disciplina a partir da revisão bibliográfica, considerando os diferentes autores que compõem as bases conceituais relacionadas à violência escolar, com produção intitulada “Formas de violência Escolar: Bullying e Preconceito” de Crochík (2015). O artigo também faz um recorte sobre gênero e sexualidade, demonstrando o quanto tais práticas refletem no desencadeamento da discriminação e do preconceito, resultando em ocorrências de bullying no contexto escolar. A experiência dos mestrandos em rodas de conversa e análise dos textos revelou que questões relacionadas à temática preconceito, como definições e conceitos, inclusão e respeito, e desenvolvimento de igualdade social corroboram entre si. Já, considerando-se as análises e discussões dos artigos relacionado ao bullying, evidenciou-se no contexto escolar e social a presença da violência, de diversas formas. A análise e a discussão dos artigos relacionados ao bullying e ao preconceito apresentaram fragilidades no aprofundamento de mudanças necessárias socioeducativos e culturais, além do comportamento sociocultural. Consideramos que a disciplina Tópicos Especiais em Educação: Educação Escolar, Formação e Teoria Crítica – Formas de Violência Escolar: Bullying e Preconceito, ao propor textos de artigos científicos relacionados a formas de violência, bullying e preconceito, possam contemplar estudos que contribuam para uma revisão conceitual, ampliando para a contextualização da práxis pedagógica na escola que incluam intervenções pedagógicas efetivas de modo a neutralizar, coibir e extinguir toda a forma de violência, bullying, e contemplando o processo de inclusão e de acolhimento à diversidade.

Abstract:
This article aims to analyze texts in the field of education related to bullying and prejudice, such as mandatory reading of the Subject Special Topics in Education: School Education, Training and Critical Theory – Forms of School Violence: Bullying and Prejudice, offered to non-school students. Regular courses of the Graduate Program in Education, Master's and Doctorate in Education at the State University of Maringá (PPE/UEM), from September 2 to December 15, 2021. We base the discussion of the texts presented by the discipline from the literature review, considering the different authors that make up the conceptual bases related to school violence, with a production entitled “Forms of School Violence: Bullying and Prejudice” by Crochík (2015). The article also makes a cut about gender and sexuality, demonstrating how much such practices reflect in the triggering of discrimination and prejudice, resulting in bullying occurrences in the school context. The experience of the master's students in conversation circles and text analysis revealed that issues related to the theme of prejudice, such as definitions and concepts, inclusion and respect, and the development of social equality corroborate each other. On the other hand, considering the analyzes and discussions of the articles related to bullying, the presence of violence was evidenced in the school and social context, in different ways. The analysis and discussion of articles related to bullying and prejudice showed weaknesses in the deepening of necessary socio-educational and cultural changes, in addition to sociocultural behavior. We consider that the subject Special Topics in Education: School Education, Training and Critical Theory - Forms of School Violence: Bullying and Prejudice, when proposing texts of scientific articles related to forms of violence, bullying and prejudice, can contemplate studies that contribute to a review concept, expanding to the contextualization of pedagogical praxis at school that include effective pedagogical interventions in order to neutralize, curb and extinguish all forms of violence, bullying, and contemplating the process of inclusion and acceptance of diversity.
