GÊNERO, RAÇA E SEXUALIDADE: A DISCUSSÃO SOBRE AS MULHERES PRESIDIARIAS DO INSTITUTO PENAL FEMININO (IPF)
O presente trabalho apresenta as
principais investigações e discussões sobre
gênero e sistema prisional nas últimas décadas
trazendo à tona a questão da mulher ne gra
na contemporaneidade, que irá sofrer não só
por ser mulher, mas também por ser negra
e também presidiária. O nosso estudo é de
natureza bibliográfica e documental, sem a
pretensão de esgotar o assunto. Dessa forma,
iremos discutir as categorias de gênero, raça
e sexualidade, traçando um diálogo intrínseco
entre as três categorias. Logo, entenderemos
as diversas instâncias que perpassam o sistema
prisional, principalmente, no que diz respeito ao
sistema prisional feminino.

Abstract:
The present work presents the
main investigations and discussions about
gender and prison system in recent decades
bringing to the fore the question of the woman
ne gra in contemporaneity, who will suffer not
only because she is a woman, but also because
she is black and also Inmate. Our study is of a
bibliographic and documentary nature, without
the pretension to exhaust the subject. In this
way, we will discuss the categories of gender,
race and sexuality, outlining an intrinsic dialogue
between the three categories. Therefore, we will
understand the various instances that permeate
the prison system, mainly, in relation to the
female prison system.
