GÊNERO E PRISÃO: OS IMPACTOS DO SISTEMA PRISIONAL SOBRE A DESIGUALDADE SOCIAL E INVISIBILIDADE DA MULHER ENCARCERADA NO ESTADO DE ALAGOAS
Este trabalho estuda o sistema prisional de uma maneira histórica, compreendendo a mulher como vítima da violência e da desigualdade de gênero dentro desse espaço, visto que a prisão muitas vezes culmina no processo de invisibilidade do indivíduo, acaba potencializando essa invisibilidade na mulher, uma vez que esta já vivencia essa realidade socialmente. O estudo faz uma análise de conteúdo baseada na teoria de Laurence Bardin, na qual observa a influência da construção social e subjetiva da mulher para com violação da dignidade da mesma no ambiente prisional. A finalidade da pesquisa se baseia na investigação da visão dessas mulheres sobre a instituição, buscando promover assim o cuidado acerca do direito destas nesse espaço. Com isso, pretende-se auxiliar futuras pesquisas.

Abstract:
The present paper historically studies the prision system, understanding woman as being victim of violence and gender inequality in this locus, since frequently the prision system culminates in the process of the human invisibility and potencializes such invisibility in woman, for they are already living this social structure. This study makes an analisis of content based in the theory of Laurence Bardin, which observes the influence of the social and subjective construction of the woman, relative to the violation of dignity in the prision system. This investigation aimes towards the search of woman’s point of view about this institution for the promotion of care over their rights in such locus. We expect, with this study, to help future investigations.
