GÊNERO E INCLUSÃO: UM ESTUDO DE CASO SOBRE AS PESSOAS COM DEFICIÊNCIA NO MERCADO DE TRABALHO.
Diante da modernidade, do
dinamismo das relações sociais e adequação
dos indivíduos ao mundo do trabalho, este
estudo de caso propõe-se analisar as relações
de gênero entre pessoas com deficiência
física, no Laboratório de Inclusão da STDS/
CE. Objetivou-se a investigar essas relações
no mercado de trabalho, na atualidade;
compreender o significado de inclusão social
a partir das falas dos estudados, e como
concretizou a inclusão dessas pessoas. Para tal,
a pesquisa bibliográfica e pesquisa de campo,
tendo como método a abordagem qualitativa.
Conclui-se também que o Laboratório de
Inclusão tem papel fundamental para que a
inclusão dessas pessoas aconteça.

Abstract:
In the face of modernity, the
dynamism of social relations and the adaptation
of individuals to the world of work, this case
study proposes to analyze the gender relations
among people with physical disabilities, in the
STDS / CE Inclusion Laboratory. The objective
was to investigate these relationships in the labor
market, at present; understand the meaning
of social inclusion from the speeches of those
studied, and how it concretized the inclusion
of these people. For this, the bibliographical
research and field research, having as method
the qualitative approach. It is also concluded
that the Inclusion Laboratory has a fundamental
role for the inclusion of these people to happen.
