GENEALOGIA DA ESCRAVIZAÇÃO NO BRASIL E SUAS CONSEQUÊNCIAS NA CONDIÇÃO ATUAL DO NEGRO COMO FUNDAMENTO NA POLÍTICA PÚBLICA DAS COTAS RACIAIS
O histórico da condição do negro no Brasil se torna relevante para o entendimento da necessidade da existência da política pública das cotas raciais. Nessa esteira, tendo como norte a vulnerabilidade econômica e social dos afrodescendentes na contemporaneidade, e levando-se em consideração os aspectos atinentes à origem dessa realidade, verifica-se a importância das ações afirmativas. O estudo se fundamentou nas pesquisas bibliográfica e documental. Nessa esteira, considerando as propostas definidas nos objetivos da presente pesquisa, escolheu-se o método de abordagem indutivo, ou raciocínio indutivo já que pretende-se desenvolver uma pesquisa de natureza descritiva, mediante a coleta, observação e análise de dados particulares para a obtenção de conclusões gerais.

Abstract:
The history of the condition of blacks in Brazil becomes relevant to the understanding of the need for the existence of public policy on racial quotas. In this context, considering the economic and social vulnerability of Afro-descendants in contemporary times, and taking into account the aspects related to the origin of this reality, the importance of affirmative actions is verified. The study was based on bibliographic and documentary research. In this context, considering the proposals defined in the objectives of the present research, the method of inductive approach, or inductive reasoning, was chosen since it is intended to develop a research of a descriptive nature, through the collection, observation and analysis of particular data to obtain general conclusions.
