Abstract: This work aims to reflect on the use of digital technologies, focusing on the perspective of teaching Portuguese language through gamification in PowerPoint. Through research-application, the aim is to understand the impacts of gamified proposals shared within the scope of training sessions of the 'Focus on Learning' initiative with Portuguese language teachers from CREDE 4 in 2023. The practice aimed to address needs related to access, reinforcement of the parameters of the Unified Knowledge Matrix, as well as the knowledge and use of Structured Material in the classroom. The foundation is based on the perspective of playfulness that attracts young people, as highlighted by Alves (2018), and the possibilities of engagement and motivation in problem-solving presented by Kapp (2012). The implementation of the proposals during the training sessions with teachers, through sequences and process homology, allowed for the engagement of the participants and favorable replications in the development of learning. Through the inputs and studies conducted with specific groups, a greater involvement of students and understanding of the contents linked to the Unified Knowledge Matrix was observed. Therefore, through the ludic approach, it enabled a practical and engaging contact with the Portuguese language, emphasizing a greater significance in the teaching-learning proposals.
