• Abstract:

  Employee loyalty is a relevant issue within companies, which is why action plans are designed to help maintain employee loyalty in order to achieve profitability goals. As a result, a tool was designed with the primary objective of raising awareness and evaluating the performance of the company towards its internal collaborators, thus reducing the staff turnover factor. The tool is an acronym for Family, Leisure, Recognition and Usefulness, which are evaluated using a Likert scale to obtain concrete answers and that do not bias the result, taking actions against the loyalty of the internal client, reaching the expected utility within organizations. The importance of taking actions against the loyalty category and issues related to the integration of the utility service for a generation of value in a supply chain is highlighted.
