FORMAS DE PRODUÇÃO EM COMUNIDADES TRADICIONAIS NA COSTA AMAZÔNICA BRASILEIRA
O estudo incide sobre os povos que têm relação direta com a Reserva Extrativista Marinha de Tracuateua (RESEX-Mar) e seus respectivos sistemas de produção baseados na pesca artesanal de peixes, crustáceos e na agricultura familiar. Objetivamente, pretendeu descrever o Sistema de Produção da Agricultura Familiar de duas comunidades costeiras do município de Tracuateua, estado do Pará, Amazônia brasileira. Metodologicamente, a pesquisa se pautou na abordagem qualitativa, com o incremento da observação participante que propicia a compreensão da realidade local do objeto em estudo. Os resultados apontaram que a produção da farinha é uma prática constante entre os comunitários locais, onde o processo empregado desde o plantio, cultivo e manipulação ainda são artesanais e seguem os padrões de épocas passadas. Outra prática comum nas comunidades em questão é a colheita do tabaco, constituído pela monocultura e procedimentos caracterizados como tradicionais, inclusive com a prensa em formato de “mole de tabaco”. A terceira, e não menos importante, é a prática da piscicultura, praticada por todos os povos que compõem as referidas comunidades. Concluiu-se, portanto, que nas comunidades suas práticas produtivas estão alicerçadas em uma organização no âmbito socioeconômico e socioambiental a partir dos saberes apreendidos tradicionalmente.

Abstract:
The study focuses on the peoples that have a direct relationship with the Tracuateua Marine Extractive Reserve (RESEX-Mar) and their respective production systems based on artisanal fishing of fish, crustaceans and family farming. Objectively, it intended to describe the Family Farming Production System of two coastal communities in the municipality of Tracuateua, state of Pará, Brazilian Amazon. Methodologically, the research was based on the qualitative approach, with the increase of participant observation that provides an understanding of the local reality of the object under study. The results showed that the production of flour is a constant practice among local community members, where the process used since planting, cultivation and handling are still handcrafted and follow the patterns of past times. Another common practice in the communities in question is the tobacco harvest, consisting of monoculture and procedures characterized as traditional, including with the press in the form of “tobacco mole”. The third, and no less important, is the practice of fish farming, practiced by all the peoples that make up these communities. It was concluded, therefore, that in the communities their productive practices are based on an organization in the socioeconomic and socioenvironmental scope from the knowledge traditionally apprehended.
