Abstract: The participation and empowerment of the health community are fundamental at the global level to address global health challenges, promote equity, and inclusion, and develop sustainable strategies. The education of nursing professionals in a humanized environment ensures equity and social justice, facilitating access to health services. A global community of up-to-date, empowered, and humanized nurses drives scientific innovation and responds more effectively to challenges and crises. At the national level, they promote health practices, identify barriers to access, and ensure health services for all. At the regional level, they adapt strategies to address specific health challenges. Humanized education seeks freedom of critical and reflective thinking, promoting resolution and effective dialogue. By fostering integral values such as respect and justice, student autonomy and curiosity are encouraged. With this massive, vital, and interdisciplinary approach to the bachelor's degree in nursing, biotechno-scientific and human aspects are integrated, balancing the rational and emotional. The participation of the multidisciplinary health team with students in evaluations and the humanistic future approach to Dorothea Elizabeth Orem's self-care are paramount. Humanization, from theoretical training to community clinical practice, contributes to high-quality care and respect for patient dignity. Effective communication and humanized care are key to transforming paradigms and improving health and interinstitutional services. In conclusion, to achieve humanized and quality education, it is essential to have adequate infrastructure, trained and humanized teachers, and efficient management of resources, as well as instilling values relevant to professional competencies and human development. Humanization also implies the management of emotions to favor the educational process, contributing to the improvement of self-care and quality of life.
