FORMAÇÃO TÉCNICA INTEGRADA E DESENVOLVIMENTO SOCIAL: AS PROPOSTAS DE UM CURSO TÉCNICO NO CONTEXTO DE UM MUNICÍPIO DO INTERIOR DO PARANÁ
Diante das possíveis relações entre as propostas de formação de um determinado curso, o perfil e as expectativas de seus estudantes e o contexto social do município em que se inserem, buscamos discutir a formação técnica integrada proposta por um campus do Instituto Federal do Paraná, no município de Goioerê, no mesmo Estado. Para tanto, fundamentamos nossa pesquisa nos aportes teóricos advindos de diferentes áreas do conhecimento, tais como: a Sociologia (GIDDENS, 2001; ALVARENGA et al, 2011), Psicologia (VIGOTSKY, 2010), Economia (FURTADO, 1984; AMARO, 2004) e Educação (FRIGOTTO; CIAVATTA; RAMOS, 2012). Quanto aos procedimentos metodológicos, utilizamos as abordagens qualitativa e quantitativa em relação à natureza da pesquisa (CANO, 2012) e questionários, registros acadêmicos e documentos institucionais como instrumentos de coleta de dados. Para as análises, pautamos nossos estudos na Teoria da Complexidade (MORIN, 1996), e no Interacionismo Sociodiscursivo (ISD) (BRONCKART, 1997/2009) e nos estudos de Bulea (2010), ao identificar os conteúdos temáticos mobilizados nas representações dos estudantes apontadas em suas respostas no questionário. Os resultados apontam para um maior entendimento das contribuições da formação investigada para o desenvolvimento profissional e social dos estudantes em relação aos possíveis contextos e expectativas de atuação futura. Com isso, destacamos a relevância da necessidade de se compreender a formação do estudante enquanto sujeito social que recebe influência da sociedade em que se encontra inserido e que também pode atuar profissional e socialmente incidindo em desenvolvimento humano e social para o município.

Abstract:
In view of the possible relationships between the education proposals for a given course, the profile and expectations of its students and the social context of the municipality in which they are inserted, we seek to discuss the integrated technical education proposed by a campus of Paraná Federal Institute, in the municipality of Goioerê, in the same State. Therefore, we based our research on theoretical contributions from different knowledge areas, such as: Sociology (GIDDENS, 2001; ALVARENGA et al, 2011), Psychology (VIGOTSKY, 2010), Economics (FURTADO, 1984; AMARO, 2004) and Education (FRIGOTTO; CIAVATTA; RAMOS, 2012). As for the methodological procedures, we used the qualitative and quantitative approaches in relation to the nature of the research (CANO, 2012) and questionnaires, academic records and institutional documents as instruments of data collection. For the analyzes, we based our studies on the Complexity Theory (MORIN, 1996), and on Sociodiscursive Interactionism (ISD) (BRONCKART, 1997/2009) and on Bulea’s studies (2010), by identifying thematic content mobilized in the representations of students pointed out in their responses in the questionnaire. The results point to a greater understanding of the investigated education contributions to the professional and social students’ development in relation to the possible contexts and expectations of their future performance. Thus, we highlight the relevance of the need to understand the education of the student as a social subject who is influenced by the society in which he/she is inserted and who can also act professionally and socially, focusing on human and social development for the municipality.
