FORMAÇÃO TÉCNICA E HUMANA NA ATUAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL NA SOCIOEDUCAÇÃO
A pesquisa buscou investigar o processo de formação dos profissionais que atuam na Socioeducação. Buscou refletir sobre a importância das formações e como elas auxiliam na realidade profissional. É importante mencionar que a atuação do profissional que implementa a medida socioeducativa representa em si um desafio complexo, pois ela é uma parte de todo um sistema. O sistema socioeducativo é marcado por práticas punitivas e coercitivas, não cumprindo com o papel de educar e garantir o desenvolvimento dos adolescentes, por meio das práticas mais humanas e menos punitivas.

Abstract:
The research sought to investigate the formation process of professionals working in Socio-education. It sought to reflect on the importance of training and how they help in the professional reality. It is important to mention that the role of the professional who implements the socio-educational measure represents a complex challenge in itself, as it is a part of a whole system. The socio-educational system is marked by punitive and coercive practices, not fulfilling the role of educating and ensuring the development of adolescents, through more humane and less punitive practices.
