FORMAÇÃO TÉCNICA E ESTÁGIO SUPERVISIONADO: AÇÕES E REFLEXÕES DA EDUCAÇÃO PERMANENTE
O estágio Supervisionado é um
procedimento didático-pedagógico interativo
ao currículo de um curso. Ele promove o
conhecimento pelas vivencias em diferentes
práticas favorecendo a aprendizagem pela
integração teórica – prática. O Estágio e a
formação técnica estão interligados, pois
fortalece o desenvolvimento, sendo este
espaço essencial para a construção da
aprendizagem, estimulando os profissionais a
enfrentar o mercado de trabalho. A motivação
desta pesquisa surgiu ao conhecer os relatos
dos alunos dentro de um processo de formação
técnica. O estudo objetivou descrever a
percepção dos alunos sobre o estágio como
facilitador do processo de formação, com olhar
da Educação Permanente, especificamente
identificar os pontos de vista positivos e
negativos. A metodologia aplicada foi descritiva
com abordagem quali- quantitativa. O objeto de
estudo foram os relatórios dos alunos do curso
de citopatologia da Escola de Saúde Pública-
PE no estágio supervisionado em laboratórios.
O estudo permitiu uma reflexão sobre o estágio ser um campo essencial para formação
técnica pelo crescimento e amadurecimento das práticas, permite consolidar a teoria
com a prática, onde a Educação Permanente esteve presente e alguns não perceberam
ou descreveram. Desta forma, aponta a importância do estágio para o profissional a fim
de provocar mudanças nas práticas laborais tendo o olhar da Educação Permanente
e o ensino-serviço como princípio norteador para a formação técnica.

Abstract:
The Supervised Internship is an interactive didactic-pedagogical
procedure to the curriculum of a course. It promotes knowledge through experiences
in different practices favoring learning through theoretical and practical integration.
Internship and technical training are interconnected, as it strengthens development,
being this space essential for the construction of learning, stimulating professionals
to face the labor market. The motivation of this research came from being acquainted
with students’ reports within a process of technical training. The purpose of this
study was to describe the students’ perception about the internship as a facilitator
of the formation process, with a view of Permanent Education, specifically to identify
positive and negative points of view. The applied methodology was descriptive with a
qualitative-quantitative approach. The object of study were the reports of the students
of the course of cytopathology of the School of Public Health - PE about the supervised
internship in laboratories. The study allowed a reflection of the internsship as being
essential field for technical formation by the growth and maturation of the practices,
allows to consolidate the theory with the practice, where the Permanent Education was
presented and some did not perceive or described. In this way, the article points out the
importance of the internship for the professional in order to provoke changes in work
practices, taking the perspective of Permanent Education and teaching-service as a
guiding principle for technical training.
