FORMAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL NO BRASIL E AS PESSOAS COM DEFICIÊNCIA
Este artigo é fruto de pesquisa sobre a formação
profissional no âmbito da legislação que orienta a política de
educação inclusiva analisando as possibilidades de
implementação, com destaque ao processo de inserção de
pessoas com deficiência no ensino superior, com destaque na
política de acessibilidade. O objetivo é compreender o direito
duma parcela da sociedade constituída por pessoas com
deficiência que busca a universidade pública. Para tanto,
abordamos os conceitos de educação inclusiva, seu percurso
histórico, a diferenciação da integração para a inclusão, bem
como as legislações internacionais que se tornaram essenciais
neste processo.

Abstract:
This article is the result of research on
professional training within the scope of the legislation that
guides the inclusive education policy, analyzing the possibilities
of implementation, with emphasis on the process of insertion of
people with disabilities in higher education, with emphasis on
accessibility policy. The objective is to understand the right of a
portion of society made up of people with disabilities who seek
the public university. To this end, we address the concepts of
inclusive education, its historical path, the differentiation from
integration to inclusion, as well as the international legislations
that have become essential in this process.
