FORMAÇÃO MÉDICA EM TEMPOS DE PANDEMIA DA COVID-19: QUAIS AS MUDANÇAS E AS ESTRATÉGIAS
Este trabalho pretende explorar algumas reflexões sobre as mudanças e estratégias que vem sendo utilizadas na continuidade da formação médica em tempos de pandemia. Devido à urgência de profissionais cada vez mais capacitados para atuar na linha de frente da pandemia da Covid-19, diversas questões permeia os debates profissionais da formação médica no Brasil e no mundo. Trata-se de um estudo de revisão bibliográfica sobre a temática sobre as mudanças causadas pela pandemia na vida do estudante do campo de formação médica. Para responder nossos questionamentos e cumprir com nosso objetivo, destaca-se a abordagem qualitativa. Inicialmente concluímos que ainda são muitos os desafios enfrentados na formação médica em tempos de pandemia, entretanto, conforme exposto ao longo do artigo, múltiplos foram os mecanismos utilizados para promover um Ensino à Distância (EaD) e a abordagem de metodologias ativas que viesse a permitir uma continuidade das atividades curriculares, desde os primeiros períodos aos últimos da formação médica.

Abstract:
This work intends to explore some reflections on the changes and strategies that have been used in the continuity of medical education in times of pandemic. Due to the urgency of increasingly qualified professionals to act on the front line of the Covid-19 pandemic, several issues have permeated professional debates in medical education in Brazil and worldwide. This is a literature review study on the theme of changes caused by the pandemic in the life of students in the field of medical training. To answer our questions and fulfill our objective, the qualitative approach stands out. Initially, we concluded that there are still many challenges faced in medical training in times of pandemic, however, as explained throughout the article, multiple mechanisms were used to promote Distance Learning (EaD) and the approach of active methodologies that would allow a continuity of curricular activities, from the first to the last periods of medical training.
