FORMAÇÃO E PERFIL DOCENTE DA EDUCAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL E TECNOLÓGICA: ANÁLISE DOS DOCUMENTOS INSTITUCIONAIS
O presente trabalho tem como ponto de partida uma pesquisa realizada no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Teologia, da Faculdades EST. Para a escrita deste texto realizou-se uma revisão dos documentos e das legislações do Instituto Federal de Educação do Ceará (IFCE), anteriormente consultadas na ocasião da pesquisa de mestrado, tendo em vista a atualização do Projeto Político Pedagógico Institucional do IFCE (2018), publicado após a defesa do Trabalho Final de Mestrado. O texto ora apresentado consiste em uma pesquisa bibliográfica e documental a partir da seleção de livros e artigos de autores e autoras da área educacional e de ensino, a exemplo de Paulo Freire (2015), Selma Garrido Pimenta (2014), Léa das Graças Camargos Anastasiou (2014) e Lucilia Regina de Souza Machado (2008) para a sustentação teórica. Discorre sobre a formação e o perfil docente da EPT e especificamente no IFCE. Foram analisadas as concepções de docência e de educação estabelecidas no Projeto Político Pedagógico Institucional (PPI) e as peças legais que regulamentam a atividade docente no IFCE. Constatou-se que não há exigência de uma formação pedagógica para lecionar nos cursos do IFCE, o que é uma fragilidade, pois para haver aprendizagem o/a docente necessita de conhecimentos que os cursos de bacharelados não contemplam, os saberes pedagógicos. Há, portanto, uma necessidade de se fortalecer as políticas de formação pedagógica para os docentes do IFCE.

Abstract:
The present paper has as its starting point a research carried out in the Graduate Program in Theology, at EST Colleges. For the writing of this text, a review was made of the documents and laws of the Federal Institute of Education of Ceará (IFCE), previously consulted at the time of the master's research, in order to update the IFCE Institutional Pedagogical Political Project (2018) which was published after the defense of the Master's Thesis. The text presented here consists of a bibliographic and documentary research based on the selection of books and articles by authors from the educational and teaching areas, such as Paulo Freire (2015), Selma Garrido Pimenta (2014), Léa das Gracias Camargos Anastasiou (2014) and Lucilia Regina de Souza Machado (2008) for theoretical support. The paper talks about the formation and the teacher profile in Professional and Technological Education (EPT) and specifically at IFCE. The conceptions of teaching and education established in the Institutional Pedagogical Political Project (PPI) and the legal pieces that regulate the teaching activity at IFCE were analyzed. It was found that there is no requirement for a pedagogical training to teach at IFCE courses, which is a weakness, because in order to have learning the teacher needs knowledge that the baccalaureate courses do not include, the pedagogical knowledge. Therefore, there is a need to strengthen the pedagogical training policies for IFCE teachers.
