FORMAÇÃO E A PRÁTICA DOCENTE EM ESCOLAS DO ENSINO FUNDAMENTAL E MÉDIO NA CIDADE DE MONTE CARMELO/MG - BRASIL
A experimentação une o aprendiz e
os objetos estudados, inter-relaciona a teoria e
a prática, a uma interpretação dos fenômenos
e processos naturais observados. A pesquisa
foi realizada em escolas públicas e particulares
na cidade de Monte Carmelo/MG - Brasil,
com professores e alunos. O perfil docente
verificado foi: a maioria possui algum curso de
pós-graduação, em geral o curso é lato sensu,
cerca de 65% informaram que já participaram
de formações continuada, mas metade dos
entrevistados afirmaram que as informações
não foram úteis para a prática. Em relação
ao desempenho dos docentes em suas aulas
práticas, houve uma nota entre boa a ótima
em cerca de 80% por parte dos professores
e 30% na avaliação dos alunos. Conclui-se
que os professores acreditam na melhora no
aprendizado do aluno com aulas práticas, mas
há falta de tempo e embasamento teórico e
prático dos mesmos.

Abstract:
Experimentation unites the
apprentice and the objects studied, interface
theory and practice, to an interpretation of
natural phenomena and processes observed.
The survey was conducted in public and private
schools in the city of Mount Carmel/MG-Brazil,
with teachers and students. Faculty profile
checked was: most has some postgraduate
course in general the Lato Sensu course, about
65% reported that have already participated in
continuing training, but half of the respondents
stated that the information were not useful to
practice. Regarding the performance of the
teachers in their practical classes, there was
a note between good to great in about 80%
of the teachers and 30% in the assessment of
students. It is concluded that teachers believe in
improvement in student learning with practical
lessons, but there is a lack of time and theoretical
and practical basis of the same.
