FORMAÇÃO DOCENTE, PERSPECTIVAS LEGAIS E INCLUSÃO ESCOLAR: UMA BREVE REVISÃO TEÓRICA
A educação inclusiva surge como desafio central das escolas a fim de superar a lógica da exclusão, uma fase de um processo histórico, que vem sendo superado a partir de lutas, políticas públicas e histórias de superação. A fim de compreender os fatos que influenciam as práticas aplicadas no cotidiano das pessoas com deficiência e facilitar o entendimento acerca dos motivos que envolvem o processo de inclusão social no Brasil e no mundo, este trabalho, objetiva ressaltar a importância da qualificação de uma formação docente e da necessidade de um profissional que deve assumir a responsabilidade pela educação de seus alunos, tentando todas as estratégias de ensino necessárias. Para assegurar os direitos e deveres tanto dos profissionais da área da educação, como das pessoas com deficiência, foram instituídas Leis que serão abordadas ao longo do texto e que regulamentam os serviços que devem ser prestados, e de que forma precisam ser realizados. Diante do exposto, se faz necessário ressaltar que a discussão apresentada não pretende esgotar o assunto, e sim de expor de que forma essa formação vem sendo constituída na perspectiva inclusiva, entendendo que estamos no caminho, perpassando por um longo processo, vislumbrando uma educação de qualidade, onde não há distinção entre saberes e pessoas, visando sempre a inclusão escolar.

Abstract:
Inclusive education emerges as a central challenge for schools in order to overcome the logic of exclusion, a phase of a historical process, which has been overcome through struggles, public policies and stories of overcoming. In order to understand the facts that influence the practices applied in the daily lives of people with disabilities and facilitate understanding about the reasons that involve the process of social inclusion in Brazil and in the world, this work aims to emphasize the importance of qualifying teacher education and the need for a professional who must take responsibility for the education of their students, trying all applied teaching strategies. To ensure the rights and duties of both education professionals and people with disabilities, Laws have been instituted that will be addressed throughout the text and that regulate the services that must be provided, and how they need to be carried out. Given the above, it is necessary to emphasize that the discussion presented is not intended to exhaust the subject, but to explain how this formation has been constituted in an inclusive perspective, understanding that we are on the way, going through a long process, envisioning a quality education, where there is no distinction between knowledge and people, always aiming at school inclusion.
