Este artigo destina-se, a partir de uma

revisão bibliográfica, a investigar a subjetividade

docente, em relação à sua prática, em particular

a formação para o futuro. Reflectir e compreender

seus caminhos, fazer arte - seus movimentos,

conflitos e contradições é a primeira abordagem

desejada. O tema obteve alívio e centralidade

e o ponto de partida para (re) descobrir e (re)

definir uma leitura sobre a formação e ação dos

professores, recuperando o diálogo entre o que

sabemos e o que não conhecemos a busca de

novos conhecimentos. Não podemos esquecer

que esses projetos específicos para alunos

historicamente situados em uma realidade muito

peculiar e buscando educação on-line como forma

de garantir melhores condições de trabalho e a

qualificação para o trabalho. A educação, seja na

pessoa ou em linha, ocorre na sociedade e seu

objetivo é o processo de construção individual

e sobre o contexto aqui mencionado, alguns

significados que devem ser atribuídos a essas

especificidades.

Abstract:
This article is intended , from a

bibliographic review, investigate the subjectivity

of the teacher, regarding their teaching practice,

particularly their training for the future. Reflect

and understand his ways, art making - their

movements, conflicts and contradictions is the

first desired approach. The theme got relief and

centrality, and the starting point for (re) discover

and (re) define some reading on the formation and

action of teachers, recovering dialogue between

what we know and what we do not know the search

for new knowledge. We can not forget that these

specific project to learners historically situated in a

very peculiar reality and seeking online education

as a way to ensure better conditions of work and

the qualification for the job. Education, whether

in person or online, takes place in society and its

goal is the individual construction process and on

the context mentioned here, some meanings that

should be assigned to these specificities.
